Disagreement is hard but necessary. Things don’t change or improve unless we express our differences and arrive at good solutions. Unfortunately, many people don’t have the skills to do this effectively. Either they don’t speak up and make their opinions known, or they push their point of view so hard they offend the others and the discussion escalates into a battle of wills or a clash of personalities.
This course will give you the tools to make your disagreements with customers, colleagues, friends and even family members more productive and less likely to damage your relationships with them.
